With a focus on cultural awareness and a diverse skillset, I'm dedicated to achieving goals and prioritizing tasks while ensuring inclusivity and harmony within my teams. Throughout my career, I've held various roles that share a common focus on fostering community and achieving goals. As a Youth Administrator, I ensured the smooth flow of church services and supported student leaders. I served as a Camp Director, where I prioritized camper safety and staff morale. At Kansas City Bible College, I managed budgets, organized school-wide events as a Student Life Coordinator, and coordinated creative projects as a Publicity & Outreach Coordinator. As an Activities Director, I recruited and supervised staff, providing top-notch programming. My role as an Associate Pastor involved delivering impactful spiritual messages and overseeing church operations, while I led a team and managed project timelines as a Group Leader. My work has consistently centered on building communities and achieving objectives.
