I am a true technology lover who likes to put the facts on the table to get efficient and structured discussions. To achieve that I prefer a broad role where I can be involved all the way from scoping into execution with hands-on tasks building up testbeds and infrastructure, performing tests and analysis, and finally bringing the conclusions into decisions and follow-up. I like flat organizations with empowerment where everyone freely can express their opinion. Hence, as a person I’m a team player who is interested in listening to different views, even though I’m not afraid of taking personal responsibility. I have the ability to quickly understand the broad picture and drive projects forward in complex environments. Excellent knowledge in 5G RAN systems, especially in MAC and physical layers. Very good understanding of LTE and 5G end-2-end systems (RAN, Transport, Core, Management/OSS) and related use cases. Specialized in time critical communications including high reliability and low latency features. Excellent knowledge in networking and protocols such as IP and Ethernet. Very good knowledge in PoC development and testbeds and evaluating features by measurements and analysis. Advanced skills in Matlab, Python and Linux systems
