About Daniel Chaberman

I’m a real estate developer and licensed Florida broker with a diverse background that spans multiple industries and countries. Born and raised in Venezuela, I bring a global perspective shaped by time living and working in Israel and New York City. I completed Harvard University’s Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP), and hold a marketing degree from Baruch College, a combination that gives me both the strategic and creative edge to deliver results in a competitive real estate market. My career began in high-end interior renovations and millwork, which sharpened my eye for detail and design. That foundation still guides me today in commercial real estate development, where I focus on leasing, sales, negotiations, and guiding projects from concept to completion. I’m especially proud of being one of the driving forces behind Atlantic Village, a lifestyle mixed-use development in Hallandale Beach, Florida. The project blends retail, dining, entertainment, and three office buildings. From conception to execution, I played a central role in its brand, design, leasing strategy, and delivery. At the core of my work is a simple goal: to create spaces with purpose, where businesses grow, communities connect, and people thrive.
