I have over 35 years of off site and on site experience. I have built homes, apartments, podiums, parks, shopping centers, commercial buildings, fire stations, bridges, roads and much more. I come from the old school which means we get it done in budget and on schedule. With my experience I can take a job site from its vision all the way to its reality. My off site experience allows me to execute all the grading and underground needed for the project with precision. Then my many years of building experience kicks in and I start the vertical Construction. Bringing the job in on schedule and within budget. I have a proven record for taking over problem job sites and turning them around to be a successful and profitable site. I have a proven record that i can run multiple job sites With persision, on schedule and within budget. I now consult for a Non Profit House of Broken Dolly and several other companies. My passion is doing Construction consulting and management. Helping my clients to keep their projects on budget and on schedule. Let me be your first line of defence.
