I’m an experienced production and operations leader with a deep background in textile printing, print-on-demand manufacturing, and creative product development. As Chief Operations & Production Officer at a high-output facility, I manage a team of skilled staff and oversee the production of over 450 custom products—from textiles to unique print-on-demand formats. With hands-on expertise in sourcing industrial machinery, fabric, and materials, I lead the full lifecycle of production—from concept to fulfilment—while ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation at every stage. I’m highly proficient in artwork and design programs, colour profiling, and integrating automation technologies to scale and streamline manufacturing. I’ve sourced, purchased, and installed major machinery from overseas, led staff training programs, built safety protocols from the ground up, and recruited top-tier talent to ensure our operation runs with precision and creativity. I’m also passionate about applying AI and emerging tech to traditional industries—bringing a modern edge to an age-old craft. Before this, I worked with not-for-profit creative collective Lazy Gramophone, helping artists, writers, and musicians share their work through publishing and events. That foundation in community and creativity still fuels everything I do today. Staying hands-on—whether it’s problem-solving on the factory floor or working directly with materials and machinery—is my favourite part of the job. It keeps me connected to the process, the people, and the craft.
