A pdf of the PROJECT LIST is @ My specialty is in design and construction related to hot spot drainage remediation, roads, water wastewater pipelines, treatment facilities, piloting of treatment technologies, hydraulic modeling, operation, and environmental remediation, My green engineering project won the National Environmental Pollution Control Engineering Award and the Texas Environmental Excellence Award for my City signed by Governor Rick Perry and Sponsored by TCEQ. Achieved water loss reduction, programmed pro-active asset management for utilities, and implemented strategic green renewable energy efficient engineering design. Completed Engineering Master plans, bio solids reuse, methane biogas to electricity, water reuse, environmental compliance, hazardous waste & contaminated groundwater remedial investigation / feasibility study (RI/FS), and remedial design of hydrocarbons (oil & gas). Provided grant engineering with conceptual design and Hydrology & Hydraulic modeling that resulted in the award of over $40 Million for Wastewater Plants and Storm-water Pump Stations. Cumulative engineering for grant applications is approaching ~300M.
