About Daniel Christos

I'm looking for some inspiring projects to work on in a team. If you're working on something or have some ideas for a project that is PRO-LIFE, PRO-COMMUNITY, PRO-ENVIRONMENT and you're PASSIONATE then please get in touch! My technical skills range from putting together computer systems, software development, web technologies, digital audio, basic electronics. I have lived many years outside, in or around native bush land all around Australia and currently am walking Noongar boodjar (Noongar land). I have begun to develop and foster a deep relationship with country and spirit. I've become very selective on what projects I like to support based on environmental and social impact. In other words if you're f*cking the land or other people or if you're only in it for the money don't even bother approaching me for help. I believe that there is no one single way to live, so we need to learn to respect and live in harmony with each other and the land from where we get everything we use for our lives. I see technology as a fundamental of being human, the question is not what technology are we creating, it's how we are using it, and who's hands is it in? We all have access to these tools, and in fact we are the ones who are creating and using them, just mostly under the direction of a small group of individuals. I believe that we can be far more creative and efficient without the restrictions imposed by a certain few. I am experienced in consensus based governance within temporary settings of group sizes ranging from 10 up to From this I have learned a variety of techniques that can be utilized to empower everyone within the organization equally.
