About Daniel Ciontut

Two of the most important attributes to me are kindness and hard work. In leadership positions I have always tried to lead with empathy and perspective while balancing driving results. This is the philosophy of the culture I push forward. Results, numbers, and relationships speak for themselves. I have two passions. One lies in creative problem solving, especially centered around technology. The other is helping develop others from my experiences and knowledge, while continuing to learn myself. I have had the privilege to gain a wide range of experience through my professions. I have background work in: Retail Management Ui/Ux design for both apps and web apps Product design for digital products mostly using a modified agile system Email, Social Media, Inbound and Outbound Marketing Sales including demos, event support, direct outreach Working one on one as a Behavioral Therapist Developing community in small local business Working with multiple tech teams abroad Leading teams ranging from 3-60 employees, as well as interns My current work is as a Behavior Therapist where I hope to build on what I’ve already done and make an impact on our local community. Continuing the next steps in the projects we have set forth at Pre Innovations to hopefully impact the entrepreneur community.
