I manage a global team remotely from the UK, providing leadership to my colleagues in India and the United States. Having successfully transitioned preparation of Cost Projections, Assignment Letters and Balance Sheets to our Centre of Excellence in India, I continue to invest in the development of our great talent and find ways to drive efficiency for our department. It is important for me to have a team who are supported, appreciated and have a good work / life balance. Compensation Background: I have been a Compensation Manager for over 7 years, managing a variety clients and services including Deliverables (Cost Projection, Assignment Letters and Balance Sheets), Payroll, Certificates of Coverage, Compensation Accumulation and Year End reporting. This has enabled me to build a strong core knowledge of the services delivered globally within the Compensation department at Cartus. In addition to these core responsibilities I have lead projects to improve operating efficiency, compliance and drive automation. I enjoy managing a team of Analysts, promoting an inclusive and supportive environment to help others reach their personal and professional objectives. I have implemented new clients to prepare Deliverables and Payroll services, maximising the available technology to automate services and if where necessary building tools to reduce manual work effort using VBA Macros. The resources that I have developed enable my team to perform to the highest standards to achieve their own performance objectives, which in turn has rewarded me with excellent service level results and strong client relationships. Equus Apro: I am an SME in the use of Equus APro and customising the platform to maximising the use of automation and finding effective solutions. Initially working closely with Equus to download knowledge to develop my skills and now self-sufficient to be proactive with resource development, providing training to others to expand our departments capabilities and documenting best practice processes. Previous Experience: I have a strong background in operations having previously worked as a Senior Consultant and Relocation Management Consultant before joining the Compensation department. The clients that I worked on required high standards, expert policy knowledge and organisation skills to coordinate each move. I was seconded to work on site in London as a Premier Executive Consultant for a Global Investment Bank, managing high profile employee moves.
