About Daniel Clark

I graduated from Leeds Beckett achieving a 1:1 in Computer Science (BSc) and am working as a Junior Back End Java Developer for EVRi. I also have a background in reporting development after working as a Software and Reporting Developer for a small company. I started at Netpoint Solutions as an apprentice working within small teams on Network and Hardware Maintenance issues which gave me a good all-round knowledge of creating and maintaining IT systems and networks. After I had developed these skills, I started to create bespoke software and reporting solutions using SSRS, BIRT, SQL and C# and was later hired by the company to work closely with clients across Yorkshire to implement software and reporting solutions to increase the productivity of their employees. At Leeds Beckett University I learned further programming languages (Java, TypeScript, Assembly, C++) and development processes (Agile, Kanban, Version Control) as well as working with Unix/Linux systems. I was also able to develop and refine my affinity for organisation and problem solving.
