Originally a law graduate, I've spent the last 10 years working in markets across the globe diversifying my skills in Marketing, Recruitment and consultative solutions to my clients issues in those sectors. I Enjoy working with clients who have industry aspiration to be a market place leader, by taking an approach of no stone unturned when it comes to their company's ethos and future growth. Part of my responsibilities includes offering consultative advice and support to employers, helping our customers to understand how Indeed can lead- or improve their talent attraction strategy, while driving down cost per hire and time to hire. With regards to Indeed.com- think of us as the largest job search engine that a jobseeker would require to find any jobs that are posted on employee website pages, on other job boards, and directly posted on Indeed.com- meaning that jobseekers do not have to manage dozens of job sites, and manually navigate through 100's of career pages on company sites. Indeed is now the global leader and 'go to' destination for jobseekers, with over 200 Million monthly unique global visitors from 60 different countries, with 16 million jobs, and covering 28 languages.
