I am a senior Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Group Manager and trusted advisor to the executive team. My career to date reflects my ability to leverage both analytical and people skills to lead changes and make improvements to HSE performance across high risk workplaces and organisations. I bring a track record of being headhunted internally for promotions and for managing diverse and multiple complex tasks and projects across HSE. Career Highlights to date include: Restructuring HSE Performance Measures for Zinfra, with the new framework ensuring that Zinfra will surpass the goal of 95% by year end, with major improvements in lesson sharing and field issue resolution. Decreasing recordable injuries across Zinfra, through the rollout of the Where’s Your Head At? Safety Campaign. This campaign was so successful that the theme has been utilised for the Zinfra HSE Strategy 2025-2028. Leading projects including as Site Manager for the Molonglo 132V Transmission Line Replacement Project. This project was delivered on time and on budget, at the same time reducing the risk exposure of the team. Delivering HSE advice and support to operational teams at Worley (TW Power Services), including everything from risk workshops with Wind Turbine Technicians, through to safety management plans to meet high risk construction activities on the Townsville Gas Fired Power Station Outage Servicing.
