About Daniel Cook

The customer has and will always be the primary passion within my career. I love to dig into customer problems and derive solutions from analysis, personal engagements and benchmark feedback. I thrive in an environment that allows me to test and sometimes break barriers that may be limiting customers, front-line employees or even procedural eye-pokes that could impact each side. I drive change and improvement by utilizing my skills in data analysis, business operations & continuity, project management, real-time data monitoring/reporting and finally, communications. I started with T-Mobile as a Customer Care representative and quickly became a consistent top performer both locally and nationally. Next, I moved to a support role of representatives within the same Call Center, then to the headquarters as an even more broadened support role as Analyst and then Senior Analyst. Starting as a representative has had a significant impact on my transition into a support role as I constantly look back to what it was like to be on the front-line and it gives me a great baseline for being able to have perspective of both customer and frontline realms. Outside of work, family is my number 1 priority and everything I do has them at the forefront. Myself and my lovely wife Kara bought our first home in 2022 in Eastern Oregon where we plan to raise our three children: Ryker, Claire and Dash. Through Covid I was blessed to be able to work from home and found I was able to be very productive and have an actual work-life balance that I have never experienced before. I have been able perform my work functions in my private office but still be able to be a huge part of my family’s day-to-day. I recently started with Paradigm and thus far have thoroughly enjoyed the mountain of challenges in my way.
