Notably, I took part in successfully managing the execution of the MEP systems for the GlobalWorth Tower, a flagship office building in Bucharest. I also played a pivotal role in tenant coordination for the successful opening of the Shopping City Ramnicu Valcea mall and I provided strategic guidance and led cross-functional teams for transformative projects, such as the pre-construction of Colosseum Mall and the refurbishment of the America House office building. My proficiency extends beyond project management, excelling in drafting comprehensive Technical Due Diligence reports, exemplified by the involvement in the transaction of the Griro industrial platform, one of Bucharest's largest industrial facilities. My educational background is rooted in technical excellence. I hold a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Civil Engineering in Bucharest complementing my practical expertise.
