I am an English law corporate partner with Addleshaw Goddard. I have been based in Warsaw with Linklaters since 2006 and joined Addleshaw together with the rest of the Warsaw office on 1 May 2025. I advise financial and strategic investors on M&A transactions in Türkiye, Ukraine, Poland and the wider CEE region. I co-head the Warsaw corporate team, the Addleshaw Goddard Türkiye Group and Ukraine Group and am a member of the firm’s CEE Group. Before moving to Warsaw, I spent five years with Linklaters Moscow office advising on a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions. Earlier on my working life, I worked for the European Commission and for a UK NGO on conflict resolution projects in Georgia. I have been lucky enough to have led on a number of the region’s major transactions and have also worked with our disputes team on a number of regional arbitrations.
