As a people-focused learning and development professional, I am passionate about enabling individual growth and wellbeing—both mental and physical—while driving organisational improvement through accessible, high-impact learning solutions. I specialise in creating engaging, self-directed learning environments supported by functional and user-friendly learning management systems (LMS).At the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), I have led a full-scale LMS transformation, significantly improving user experience and enabling the delivery of high-quality blended learning. I also transitioned our appraisal process onto the LMS, resulting in more meaningful performance conversations and measurable outcomes. Currently, I am leading the implementation of an 18-month Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) learning programme, aligned with our Behaviour learning strategy.My recent work has focused on:Managing the cost, quality, and risk of training deliveryDesigning and producing new learning contentCollaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs)Enhancing learning accessibilityGenerating and analysing management information (MI)Evaluating learning impact to inform continuous improvementPreviously, I spent 13 years at Bupa, where I held roles in executive recruitment, learning and development (CIPD qualified), and operations. This experience gave me a strong foundation in talent development and organisational learning. Before Bupa, I worked at Hays for over eight years, where I launched a successful new division and earned my REC qualification.I bring a consultative, stakeholder-centric approach to my work, with a natural enthusiasm for wellbeing facilitation and learner engagement.
