Securing significant levels of external funding. • Developing and delivering strategies; Standard Operating Procedures and complex programme management processes and systems, focused on budgets, performance, benefits realisation, reporting, risk and quality assurance, governance, stakeholder engagement and communications • Detailed co-ordination and negotiation skills.
