In every new task, every new thought, every new human, every new meeting, every new step and interaction I see an opportunity that is unique and only happens once! I find it exciting to stay in that focus of what is constantly happening in the NOW. Strongly believing that it is in excellence of handling the NOW, the fuel, drive, trust, knowledge, excitement and fun is created. Strategies and bold targets are also fun, embarking on a common journey along that strategy line. Best with humans with the ignition on, well connected in mutual respect to make that human music together. So, let’s release that joy of together-success! In my daily work managing projects, I do primarily one thing. That is, creating and better the prerequsites for my team and the overall forward movement. And by doing so, making us win together in every step, delivering great results, built with joy and mutual trust between each other and the customer. I have a background in the industries of aircraft engines, electrical vehicles, agricultural & construction machinery and truck components. For the moment focusing on building clean rooms and machinery for pharma/medtech products.
