About Daniel Cros

From TALENS ENGINEERING we provide engineering support to suppliers of machinery and equipment for life science applications and pharmaceutical industry and consultancy to those who want to enter this market. I am a senior engineer with 25 years' experience in engineering of bespoke machinery. I have led engineering and R+D teams for more than 15 years and I have developed my skills as a project manager in a number of high technology projects. I specialize in design of pharmaceutical machinery and high vacuum applications, but my strongest fields of expertise are freeze drying, automated handling systems for pharmaceutical applications and space simulation chambers. My background is Mechanical Engineering, but I am also very experienced in process engineering, material handling and process automation. I have also done lots of field work all over the World. In 2017 I started a new venture with the creation of TELENS ENGINEERING. TALENS, as a member of the BETWEEN TECHNOLOGY GROUP, provides technological support in engineering of machinery and industrial equipment with a special focus in pharmaceutical and life science applications. We build prototypes, bespoke machines, assembly benches and test rigs in our own workshop. Specialties: GMP freeze drying and automatic loading and unloading systems, High vacuum applications, helium leak detection, Thermal vacuum chambers, pressure vessels (PED, ASME, AD-Merkblatt, EN 13445), stainless steel welding, cryogenics, heat transfer, pharmaceutical GMPs, containment, ASME-BPE, FEA simulations.
