Mr. Cugler has served as a professional in the contracting industry for sixteen years. He has fulfilled the roles of business owner, contracts manager, project manager, department lead, proposal writer, and contracting officer. Daniel has accumulated valuable experience on both sides of the negotiation table, serving in government roles and working with contractors in the private sector. He has managed millions of dollars in contracts for the Air Force, Department of Veteran Affairs, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and for multiple contractors. He has administered contracts from cradle-to-grave for services, commodities, construction, and A&E. Additional duties during this time have provided relevant experience in safety, risk management, operational security, training, management, and leadership. In the private sector, Mr. Cugler has performed program development and management, proposal writing, contract management, consulting, and training.
