At Euronext, I oversaw the consolidation of data centers, integration of DORA requirements (security and resilience), and the implementation of a FinOps approach to reduce cloud-related costs. At Banque de France, I restructured IT operations, cutting commitment breaches by 50%. I also led a complete overhaul of information systems and deployed B2B portals intended for national and European use.
