I am a hard working, dedicated individual who places a firm belief in constantly upgrading standards and have a keen interest in personal development. I am a motivated self starter with a strong belief in teamwork and in leading by example. I have 13 years retail security experience with 10 of those years being in a management position. I worked across numerous sites and with numerous clients with my longest tenure being 7 years. As a security manager I excelled in constructing and implementing operational improvements and implementing an extremely high standard of training. I also have 10 years experience working as a door supervisor in licensed premises and events. Here I have had 3 years management experience with my longest tenure being 2 years. I have been in the military since accumulating 22years experience and reaching the rank of corporal.
