Hi, my name is Daniel Cupertino! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Unica University in Brazil and currently serve as a Behavioral Health Program Coordinator at Island Health Care in Massachusetts. I am trilingual (Portuguese, English, and Spanish) and passionate about improving access to behavioral health services for multicultural and multilingual communities. My background in psychology, combined with hands-on experience in behavioral health coordination, has allowed me to support individuals through emotional challenges, care navigation, and system barriers. I’m committed to fostering well-being, resilience, and inclusive care across all populations. Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong skills in empathy, cultural competence, ethical decision-making, time management, and effective communication. I take pride in helping create pathways for individuals to feel supported, seen, and empowered. As a first-generation immigrant to the United States, I understand the power of opportunity, dedication, and culturally sensitive care. My goal is to continue growing in the mental health field, expanding my impact through both coordination and—eventually—clinical work.
