With a decade of experience in project delivery and operations, I bring a wealth of experience in driving operational excellence and leading complex projects across a variety of sectors, including government, energy, finance and construction. My multi-faceted role encompasses project delivery and responsibility for 30+ technical staff, responsibility for budgetary planning and achieving financial objectives, strategic planning, risk management, continuous improvement, maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. Key Highlights - Increased net profit by over 100% in my first FY in my present role, while currently being on track to increase again by 100% for the current FY- Minimised outgoings and carefully managed a reduction in staff while improving overall productivity and utilisation on project work- Overseen the largest projects undertaken by the company since pre-2020, at a higher rate of productivity and profitability- Over hours of direct project delivery experience, across the traditional Project Manager, Scrum Master and Product Owner roles- Overhauled the companies key policies and processes for project delivery which has resulted in a marked improvement in both project and individual performance, across the board- Successfully led the company in multiple recertification exercises for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, while overseeing the implementation of Cyber Essentials.
