For years, I worked as the IT Services provider in different businesses. As I left Silicon Valley and the high-energy, high-demand tech start-up market, a CEO gave me a word of advice. “Be the CEO of your own life. You have it in you to be great. Go be great by fulfilling your dreams.” It took a few years for me develop the missing skills needed to fulfill those dreams. So I started Indy’s I.T. Department, in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. We provide technical support services to Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, and Geist, south to Greenwood and Franklin. This service area allows us to provide on-site services within a couple of hours, at worst. Fortunately for our clients, we are able to identify and resolve most technical issues before local users even know there was an issue. We do this through our highly detailed monitoring systems and preventative maintenance assuring security, backups, updates and anti-malware tools are kept to policy standards. Indy’s I.T. Department provides this layer of system support at a low and flat rate to make budgeting easy with minimal ‘surprises’. In this same way, we are also able to provide VOIP, network security, cloud services and computing as well as hosting services for specific services, Exchange mailboxes, and even dedicated servers. Every day the world is presented with new technologies. I am passionate about helping my clients identify the technologies that will help them grow and move forward. For over 20 years I have been in this industry, first building machines that businesses wanted to now supporting businesses with their entire technology needs. Indy’s I.T. Department uses the very same technologies we support for our client’s to ensure that we are staying on the edge of reasonable technology solutions and responsive to small business needs.
