About Daniel Dalton

I am currently working through the RICS APC process at Ingleton Wood’s London office within the commercial building surveying team. Experience: I have practiced as a Surveyor for 4 years, acting in a range of sectors (Commercial, Residential, Civic, Education, Infrastructure). My work has primarily been in the provision of professional services i.e. dilapidations negotiations, party wall awards, contract administration, pre-acquisition surveys. However I also hold experience in domestic defect pathology, the provision of fire stopping in high-rise buildings, and stock condition surveying for planned preventative maintenance. Professional Interests: At this stage of my career i am primarily focused on becoming a well rounded surveyor with a comprehensive base knowledge. However I am particularly fascinated by heritage assets and jump at the opportunity to work with any traditional building put in-front of me. Holistic Approach: I take an active interest in macroeconomic issues and their potential implications. In addition i try to maintain an up to date general knowledge of current global affairs. Friendly, polite, and never deterred by hard-work.
