I'm currently working at Evertz Microsystems as a Design Engineer in large software development team. I graduated from Queens University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering- Programing skills – Over Ten years’ experience in Enterprise programing using Java, Spring, Swing and MySQL - Enterprise software skills – Proficient user of Eclipse, TortoiseSVN, Jira, Confluence, Spira and familiarity with Jenkins - Team work and communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams - Time management – Ability to manage multiple competing priorities such as, development work, meetings and providing management support to my team, while still maintaining assistance to other departments - Team Management – Manage a medium sized team of Design Engineers, with a variety of skill levels, from Junior Design Engineers to Senior Design Engineers. This includes performance and code reviews, task assignments and product design.
