Daniel is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University, with a strong foundation in business strategy. He began his career at CIBC before moving into management consulting at Ernst & Young (EY), where he spent nearly four years delivering impactful strategy projects across industries such as consumer goods and healthcare - with a particular passion for Financial Services. Known for his collaborative mindset, strategic thinking, and results-driven approach, Daniel has played a key role in successful initiatives spanning personal and commercial banking, including process optimization, customer experience improvement, and organizational restructuring. Currently, Daniel is part of the Growth Business team at EQ Bank, where he manages the strategy and operations of Personal Lending Products focused on Life Insurance Lending and Reverse Mortgages, helping to shape innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
