About Daniel Deluca

As an IT Network Support at Chipotle, I provide advanced technical support to all Chipotle IT users, using my eight years of experience in installing and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems, Desktop Hardware, and Microsoft Products. I also have three years of experience working with Aloha software, NCR terminals, and NCR Backoffice software, which are essential for Chipotle's restaurant operations. My core competencies include working with Palo Alto Prisma portal, SD-WAN devices, and Extreme network access points, which enable me to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot resolutions to unique, advanced, and persistent restaurant issues. I also utilize SecureCRT to run command line interface (CLI) to determine network health and monitoring, and leverage ServiceNow as a ticketing tool. Additionally, I document, communicate, and validate solutions with end users, update network internet configurations as needed, monitor restaurant network dashboard, and assist in the smooth implementation of new applications and changes to the restaurant networks. My mission is to ensure the optimal performance and security of Chipotle's IT systems, and to enhance the user experience and satisfaction.
