About Daniel Dertscheny

Through my previous professional career with national and international capital management companies, I have accumulated a comprehensive know-how about the functioning and structure of securities, in particular investment funds, as well as about the processes in a fund company. So far, I've been working as a product manager at all my workstations. A product manager at a capital management company is an important interface between different departments. Working in this position allowed me to gain comprehensive impressions of the responsibilities of other departments, e.g. fund management, compliance, controlling, risk management, marketing and sales. In my current job I am amongst others responsible for creating and updating marketing materials, such as presentations, implementing legal issues, such as the PRIIP Regulation or the MIFID Directive and generating reports to support the sales department. I am characterized by a high level of commitment, determination, reliability and a high level of social competence, which my fortune employers can confirm.
