As an HR Systems Analyst at Tillamook, I leverage my data analysis expertise and Excel and HRIS skills to support the HR team and the organization in various projects and initiatives. I have over 3 years of experience in HR systems, starting as an Employee Services Coordinator and then moving up to HR Systems Coordinator and now HR Systems Analyst. In my current role, I am responsible for creating and maintaining HR reports and dashboards, analyzing and interpreting HR data, providing HR system training and troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity and compliance. I enjoy working with data and finding insights that can help improve HR processes, policies, and outcomes. I am passionate about public health and wellness, and I am proud to be part of a company that produces high-quality dairy products and promotes a culture of sustainability, innovation, and community. My goal is to continue to grow and learn as a HR Systems Analyst and contribute to the success of Tillamook and its people.
