About Daniel Dexter

I am currently employed as a Clinical Education Specialist over 3 Hospitals in Southwestern Michigan. I have been working in this role for the last 6 years. And in Central Sterile Processing for 15 years. I have taught countless CRCST classes and have produced many top-notch Sterile Processing Technicians all of whom became certified on their 1st attempt. I also have experience as a Surgical Technologist. I have presented several successful In-Services on a variety of surgical instruments and devices. My passion for improving patient safety and enhanced patient out-comes is evident. And my track record is proven. I have and will always continue to educate myself in all aspects of Sterile Processing, surgical instrumentation and devices. As technology evolves, so does surgical procedures, surgical instrumentation and surgical devices. If I as an Educator do not keep with these changes the patient out-comes will decline. I am a well-established speaker and presenter.
