VISTEON CORPORATION: 1.Operator in degreasing line which removes the grease/ oil through the process of loading and unloading the machined ( greased) radiator passed over a conveyor belt 2.Role starts with picking of radiator which contains grease due to the machining process and placing them over conveyor belt followed by curing them to the optimum temperature, proper setting of water pipe flow, placing the spray nozzle at appropriate position and addition of benzin super additive which protects the radiator parts from corrosion. 3.Testing the condition of the degreased radiator with non destructive visual inspection method. 4.Unloading the degreased radiator and passing it to the next section. 5.Periodic draining of old water and filling new water in the tank once in a week. 6.Maintaining the end product available as planned by the superiors on time. Analyzing the failure which may be due to the conveyor belt, improper burner temperature,etc, and taking remedial action. 8.Handling the equipment and the product with proper safety measures INDUSTRIAL GASKETS AND SEALS: 1.Production in-charge in the manufacturing of the gaskets and seals. 2.Planning the required quantity of the gaskets needed by the customers. 3.Coordinating the workers and communicating the need of the customers which involves specification and due date to finish the project. 4.Supervising the workers and assisting them to get the gaskets manufactured with proper quality and zero defects. 5.Managing the workers and getting the task done on time or before with the specifications needed for the customer application. 6.Inspecting the manufacturing parts by visual inspection method 7.Diagnosing the faults in the machine such as conveyor belt,loading,loading,unloading stations etc
