Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Responsible for ensuring a product Electronic Data Capture (EDC) that will be released to the market meets all quality standards for each component. Ensure 2 types of EDC Ingenico and EDC Verifone in UAT (User Acceptance Test) and PTR (Production Trial Run) environments in accordance with company standards. Digital Implementation & Partnership, PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Jakarta Implementing Digital Product e-Money and Mandiri Direct Debit at Bank Mandiri merchants. Through application testing in UAT (User Acceptance Test) and PTR (Production Trial Run) environments in accordance with company standards. Coordinating and working closely with business, product & IT team to manage merchant integration and enhancement product Partnered and maintained all communications with various eCommerce players and Government company to generate new business collaboration ideas that fulfil market needs, grow market share and generate sales volume
