I have +20 years of experience in the Technology Professional Services business. I am passionate in growing teams to be successful in delivering results. I am currently working has Regional Account Director at CELFOCUS. This responsibility and leadership role embraces strategic and operational management of existing client base on Telecommunication and Financial Services industries across Europe and Africa regions. Within this role it balance diverse tasks including client strategy and planning, delivery management oversight and business development. My strengths are in Digital Engagement, Customer Experience & Data Analytics Enablement, Technology Strategy, Sales Management and International Engagements. I have been able to grow teams and business in different clients with an excellent track record of successful transformation programs in several countries. Continuous improvement is an essential practice for all professionals. Keeping that focus on learning, I completed recently the executives programs @ INSEAD, Kellogg and CATOLICA Business School. Outside of my work time is normally spend time on photography and padel.
