About Daniel Dilger

I am a passionate leader and a firm believer that a strong culture is the foundation of exceptional performance and success. It’s about creating an environment where teams are empowered and diverse perspectives, experiences and approaches are valued and leveraged. Building such kind of culture takes time, effort and energy - but it eventually pays off. As leaders we play a central role in building and nurturing such a culture and it requires from us to act as a role model and considering us as being part of the team and not standing above the team. This requires the ability to self-reflect, being humble and having a growth mindset that allows us to learn from mistakes while embracing our own fallibility. I have and had the pleasure to work with extraordinary teams that had three things in common: passion, drive and purpose. These teams and the culture we built together shaped who I am today. I am deeply grateful for the lessons learned, the successes we celebrated, and the resilience we found in moments of challenge. Yes, individuals can achieve great things alone, I am pretty sure of it. But I am also sure that along the way they miss the shared fun and joy to win as a team, the mutual lessons from failure and the sense of safety that comes from knowing you have each other's backs. This is what makes me confident in leading with courage, authenticity, resilience and willingness to drive change where change is necessary.
