To me, being a part of the Almanac X Alcron Prague family means having the opportunity to participate in a fresh, modern concept of an F&B-focused hotel. We are creating a new style of fine dining and redefining lifestyle luxury hospitality build on an iconic past of the Alcron Hotel. We are taking the best from the past :) and elaborate on it for the future. It is about being warm, authentic, connected to food culture, pioneering and conscious. We are a group of enthusiastic professionals dedicated to providing the best and most authentic service to the guests. A little bit about myself: I am a people person who loves meeting other fellow human beings. That is mostly what brought me to work in the HR field. Cooking has always been my passion so connecting HR with hospitality sounds like my cup of tea. You can occasionally see me on street food festivals, cooking & serving the most delicious (tacos) or hear me playing (bass guitar) in our alternative rock band :) I also support sustainability initiatives as well as initiatives for a better understanding of autism.
