About Daniel Dogan

With nearly 20 years of dedicated experience in cybersecurity, I have developed deep expertise across the entire security landscape. Over the past 12+ years, I have held multiple management roles, leading teams and departments of more than 40 employees at the second and third management levels. My leadership style is characterized by a strong focus on team development, coaching, and organizational growth. Throughout my career, I have successfully built and expanded business units, driving innovation and sustainable growth. My hands-on management approach has enabled me to transform professional service clients into managed service customers, win major enterprise accounts, and establish new product lines and customer bases—doubling annual revenues within three years. My technical background spans the full spectrum of cybersecurity, including network and offensive security (pentesting), defensive security (SOC, EDR/MDR/XDR), as well as cloud, Dev(Sec)Ops, and SaaS solutions. I also maintain a robust channel network with SIs, resellers, MSSPs, and distributors, combined with strong business acumen. In addition to my technical and leadership strengths, I have independently developed business and budget plans, defined and executed go-to-market strategies, and consistently delivered outstanding results. My goal is to enable organizations in the DACH region to achieve sustainable growth, implement innovative security solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
