About Daniel Domingo

With over 16 years of experience in trading and financing specialty cocoa, I am a passionate and knowledgeable professional in the field of cacao. I currently work as a Specialty Cocoa Merchant at Atlantic Cocoa Company, where I manage a portfolio of clients and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and provide financing solutions for the cocoa value chain. I also work as a cacao trader at cacao latitudes, a platform that connects farmers, exporters, and importers of fine and flavor cacao, where I offer industry training and market insights to the members. I have a strong background in chemistry and business, which enables me to understand the quality and sustainability aspects of cacao production and processing. I have developed core competencies in laboratory management, risk assessment, and relationship building, and I strive to support the growth and development of the specialty cocoa sector. I am driven by the mission of creating value and impact for the cacao community, and I seek to collaborate with like-minded professionals and organizations.
