About Daniel Donici

I build clarity and authenticity into everything I do, from strategy to storytelling. As the founder of Artesana, I’m scaling a premium FMCG brand that respects nature, keeps processing minimal, and earns deep customer trust. I don’t believe in preaching lifestyle values - I’d rather let the product speak and the community feel it. I operate with a clear sense of market potential, competitive dynamics, and brand depth. Growth, for me, isn’t just about numbers - it’s about creating something meaningful, lasting, and quietly powerful. I work at the intersection of operational excellence, strategic clarity, and a strong instinct for what people truly value. That’s where real differentiation happens, and where Artesana thrives. Beyond my role as an entrepreneur, I am passionate about mentoring other business owners who are looking to scale up their ventures. As a volunteer for the Romanian Business Leaders, I work to give back to the community and provide perspective and guidance to those who need it. With a background in financial consulting and a degree in Business Administration, I bring a wealth of expertise in budgeting and business planning to my work. I am committed to growing businesses and building sustainable models that can thrive in today's competitive market.
