About Daniel Dorn

I have over ten years of experience in operations and customer service, and I currently lead the drayage operations department at KCH Transportation, a leading provider of logistics solutions and transportation services. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Child Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Florida State University. As a Sr. Director, I manage a team of 30 brokers and I oversee the drayage sourcing and contract negotiations, process alignment and improvement, and market and industry analysis. I also ensure effective communication and collaboration among my department, my organization, and our customers, both internal and external. My core competencies include leadership, entrepreneurship, professional development, process improvement, crisis management, loss prevention, and emergency services. My mission is to deliver excellence and value to our clients, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across all departments.
