With over 20 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, I am a senior-level program and operations management professional with a Secret Security Clearance and a passion for delivering critical support, guidance, and leadership on a broad range of operational activities. I currently serve as a Unit Operations Director at Bravo Co 3rd AA Bn, where I oversee the planning, execution, and assessment of complex amphibious operations and training events. As a veteran leader, I have a proven track record of leading diverse teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments, to ensure initiatives are effectively executed. I have extensive experience in multi-faceted operations, personnel management, project and program management, and personnel training and development. I also have a strong background in technical manuals, problem solving, and quality assurance. In my previous role as a Lead Test Director at Amphibious Vehicle Test Branch, I was responsible for the coordination, supervision, and evaluation of over 200 amphibious vehicle tests, involving multiple stakeholders and agencies.
