I am a municipal planning strategist and labor advocate committed to building safer streets, stronger communities, and a more equitable workplace. With extensive experience in urban planning, transportation policy, and labor negotiations, I specialize in driving systemic change, critical infrastructure improvements, and workforce empowerment.Currently, I serve as Senior Planning Aide for the City of Hoboken’s Department of Parking & Transportation, overseeing an array of mobility systems including: the Hoboken Hop, Citi Bike, ParkMobile, and the City’s ADA parking and daylighting programs. I manage pedestrian and bicycle facilities, EV charging stations, and coordinate with local agencies and contractors to align policy goals with real-world implementation.A key part of my work is leading the Vision Zero Initiative, an internationally recognized effort to eliminate all traffic deaths and injuries by 2030. Through collaboration with my colleagues, Hoboken has achieved eight consecutive years without a traffic-related fatality, a milestone that reflects our collective commitment to safer streets.Beyond my public sector expertise, I am President of AFSCME Local 3703, representing municipal employees in labor negotiations and workplace advocacy. I lead contract discussions, disciplinary hearings, and policy debates to safeguard the rights and interests of city staff.Additionally, I serve as Broker of Record at Lux Home Collective, where I oversee brand stewardship, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy for a boutique luxury real estate and concierge service.
