With over 5 years of experience as a dedicated and passionate university lecturer, I have cultivated a dynamic and student-centered approach to teaching and learning. My expertise spans across core areas of business management, including strategic marketing, change management, organizational behavior, human resource management, research methods, project management, and operations and service management. I take pride in designing course content that bridges academic theory and practical application, creating engaging learning experiences that empower students to think critically and apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios. My commitment to making theoretical concepts explicit and accessible ensures students leave my classroom with academic understanding and practical skills to thrive in their careers. My role extends beyond the classroom as I supervise dissertations and mentor students in research design, methodology, and critical analysis to achieve high standards of academic excellence. In addition to teaching, I am a Doctoral Candidate at Università Degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi, where my research focuses on entrepreneurial motivation, skills, and behavior and their impact on academic skills development in the PrHE Sector.
