About Daniel Duzy

I am a highly motivated, student centered housing professional that focuses on the holistic development of the student. Additionally, I consider myself to be a team player and very collaborative with other departments when it comes to supporting the on campus student experience. I have extensive experience in residence life and housing, student activities, academic advising, and academic mentoring. The best part of working in student housing is I get to educate students and focus on their intellectual and personal growth within the residence halls. I serve not only as an advocate for the students but I create an inclusive environment by supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to help guide them with their on campus living experience. Furthermore, I possess strong administrative skills including key management, managing programming budgets, rolling out large scale projects, crisis management, and staff supervision skills. Furthermore, I am exceptionally detail oriented, organized, and adaptable to change.
