I currently lead global Security Operations at Culture Amp, overseeing Cyber Defence, Security Engineering, and Application Security and remaining deeply technical and engaged in day-to-day incident analysis, threat hunting, and security engineering. I specialise in building and scaling detection and response capabilities, developing mature SOC/IR workflows, and embedding practical security into engineering and product teams. My background spans digital forensics, threat intelligence, adversary behaviour analysis, cloud security architecture, and endpoint defence across Windows, macOS, and Linux. I’ve guided teams through high-severity incidents, emerging threats, audits, and rapid growth, always with a focus on real-world impact, operational precision, and reducing risk.
