I focused my career in operations within the suppy chain industry. Spent many years as a Parts Director for one of the largest Chrysler Dealerships in North America, and also created, owned, and managed a national aftermarket collision parts distribution company for 5 years. Travelled throughout Asia and Europe sourcing parts and establishing manufacturer relationships, and have a strong background in International Supply Chain, Distribution and Material Handling Operations, E-Commerce, Reverse Logistics, Start-Ups and Process/Flow improvement. Led all aspects of operations, global supply chain management, labor management, product line rollout, pricing strategy, and manufacturer negotiations for small and large public companies. Developed multi-divisional operations and contained costs in a growing business while increasing customer satisfaction and profitability. Extensive knowlege of Asian Manufacturers.
