I am a graduate of the Master's of Science in Clinical Psychology Program at Benedictine University. I have a deep passion for the helping profession and for being an advocate for those that need a voice. I have much experience in crisis intervention and providing quality services to a diverse client population. I have professional experience in emergency response and preparedness, homeland security, program development and coordination, project management, training, and operations management. I also have more than ten years experience in the service industry including management, bartending, server, and kitchen experience. I have proven success in the industry and have a passion for working in a fast paced team environment. Specialties: I am proficient with Microsoft Office products. I am also very skilled with Google Earth files and other various map development tools.
