Starting from a hands-on management role within Detection & Response, I’ve successfully grown teams from a handful of analysts into full, multi-tiered organizations with Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 analysts, Team Leads, Managers, and Technical Account Managers. Throughout my journey, I've been passionate about developing people by promoting junior talent into senior technical, customer-facing, and leadership roles while building delivery models that support both operational excellence and client success. As my responsibilities have expanded, I’ve worked across operations, people development, and organizational strategy, bridging the gap between technical teams and business objectives.
