Currently working as an Executive Assistant and Data Analyst at WIM Resource in Sydney, I support senior leadership during critical project milestones — including executive coordination through key approvals for the Avonbank Project such as the Environmental Effects Statement (EES) state approval and Federal Government approval. Alongside this, I leverage my data expertise to streamline operational processes, improve reporting accuracy, and provide insights that drive decision-making. With more than five years’ experience in the financial services industry, including ESG reporting and coverage, I bring a strong background in sustainability-focused analysis. I’m adept at identifying efficiencies and obstacles within data streams, working with sources such as SQL, ServiceNow, JavaScript, and Excel. Fluent in Mandarin, with a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies and Computer Science, I combine technical capability with cross-cultural communication skills to support diverse teams and complex projects.
